Return Policy:<\/u><\/em><\/strong> All watches sold have a 3-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email or phone. Then return the watch in exactly the same condition.<\/p>\n

Thus, we will reimburse you within 7 days following the complete inspection of the watch after returning it to our offices at your expense. <\/p>\n

We will not refund any watch beyond the 3-day inspection period following receipt of the watch. Paris Heure<\/a> cannot be held responsible for any accident or loss from the date of delivery of the watches.<\/p>\n

If the returned watch is not in the exact condition in which it was delivered, it cannot be refunded, a monetary resolution may be proposed in the event of possible repair or other damage caused by the purchaser. If parts of the watches are missing the refund will be also void.<\/p>\n

From the moment that the watch<\/span>has been delivered, it is no longer under the responsibility of Paris Heure even in the event of return. The customer is responsible for taking out their own insurance for transport, as it is no longer the property of Paris Heure after delivery to the buyer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Returns must be sent by the same way the watch was received. <\/p>\n

For a refund, watches must be returned and received in exactly the same condition as shipped. A full inspection will take place before issuing any refund.<\/p>\n

Once the watch(s) are in Paris Heure's possession and safe, we will issue a refund.<\/p>\n

Please contact us directly for returns outside of Europe due to import taxes, import fees and difference in tax laws and customs.<\/p>\n

Warranty<\/u>:<\/em><\/strong> All watches are guaranteed for 6 months under normal use.<\/p>\n

For non-waterproof vintage watches there is no guarantee of waterproof. <\/p>\n

The warranty is voided in the event of a water-resistance problem caused by the crown not being screwed in.<\/p>\n

In the event of shock to the watch, the warranty is voided. <\/p>\n

Normal use only allows you to benefit from the warranty.<\/p>\n

Payments<\/u><\/em><\/strong> :<\/strong> All payments will be made by bank transfer only.<\/p>\n

No items will be sent until full payment is received. <\/p>\n

Payment must be received and viewable in full before any item is sent. <\/p>\n

All watches remain the property of Paris Heure until payment for the watch has been fully completed and cleared.<\/p>\n

Shipping<\/u>:<\/em><\/strong> All our watch purchase shipments are free and fully insured via Malca Amit who mainly uses Fedex and DHL. <\/span><\/p>\n

Buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, duties, or taxes. <\/span><\/p>\n

A tracking number will be given to you after collection of the package by our carrier. <\/span><\/p>\n
