These GENERAL CONDITION OF SALE apply exclusively between the company PARIS HEURE SARL and any natural or legal person visiting or making a purchase or sale on the site www.parisheure.com. These GENERAL CONDITION OF SALE apply to all products or services marketed by PARIS HEURE SARL, mainly second-hand watches and accessory products. In accordance with the law, any Customer, Internet user or not, can read the general conditions of sale on the site www.parisheure.com or make a request directly to PARIS HEURE SARL. These general conditions of sale may be subject to modifications, the applicable GENERAL CONDITION OF SALE are those in force on the site on the date of placing your order with PARIS HEURE SARL. ARTICLE 1 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITION OF SALE

All Customers and users declare on their honor that they have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing an order with PARIS HEURE SARL. Any order validation implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Failure to consult these General Conditions of Sale can in no way be a condition for canceling an order placed by the Customer with PARIS HEURE SARL. The data provided by the Client and recorded by PARIS HEURE SARL constitute proof of transactions between the Clients and PARIS HEURE SARL.

ARTICLE 2 - PRICE CONDITIONS

All the prices indicated for our products are public prices and are understood in euros, all taxes included (VAT, HBJOAT watchmaking taxes and all other taxes in force), excluding the cost of preparing and shipping the product. In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, particularly countries outside the Schengen area (European Union), any customs charges or local taxes will be borne by the recipient. All orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros.

PARIS HEURE SARL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however any product purchased will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of registration of the Customer order. In all cases, the price to be paid by the Customer is that indicated in the order confirmation and the corresponding invoice.

ARTICLE 3 - ORDERING PRODUCTS

The Customer can place his order through several channels (website, telephone, office showroom, etc.). For orders placed on the website www.parisheure.com, contractual information is presented in French for the French version and in English for the international version of the site, except for countries with a local version of the site. Orders on the website www.parisheure.com are made through a secure connection, via a well-known banking operator. We monitor the security of banking transactions with particular attention in compliance with all the security rules in force.

PARIS HEURE SARL reserves the right to request a photocopy of the buyer's identity card as well as proof of address for all orders. These measures allow us to effectively fight against the fraudulent use that could be made of your means of payment.

PARIS HEURE SARL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. Any order from the Customer, which has been confirmed by sending an order confirmation, is considered firm and final, from its receipt by PARIS HEURE.

Any modification of an order, for any reason whatsoever, requires the prior written consent of PARIS HEURE SARL. Delivery of an order will only be made upon full receipt of payment for the order by the Customer.

PARIS HEURE SARL reserves the right for orders coming from a foreign country (except France) with a payment presenting a suspicious or fraudulent nature (suspicious bank card, banking risk, customs risk, etc.) not to proceed with the delivery of the order as provided for in article 5 of these GENERAL CONDITION OF SALE.

ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Our products and the prices displayed are valid as long as they are visible on the site and while stocks last. In any case, any product not available in stock is considered as not available for sale even if it is still visible on the site or in the sales catalog. In the event that a product is unavailable after placing your order, PARIS HEURE SARL will promptly indicate a new delivery time or refund of the order. In this case, the Customer will have the choice to cancel his order and be reimbursed or wait for the availability of the product with the new deadline which will have been indicated to him.

Furthermore, in the event of prolonged unavailability of a product, PARIS HEURE SARL may deliver to the Customer another product of quality and price equivalent to that initially ordered, subject to the Customer's express agreement.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

All orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment from the Customer. The period for validating payment and shipping the order varies depending on the payment method chosen. In any event, PARIS HEURE SARL reserves the right not to proceed with the delivery of an order if there is any doubt as to the integrity of the payment by the Customer.

Delivery of the products ordered is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process. PARIS HEURE SARL cannot be held responsible in the event of an error in the indication of the delivery address by the Customer.

The average delivery time is 7 working days from the date of the order by the Customer and a minimum of 48 hours from the date of receipt of full payment by the customer. These times correspond to the usual processing and delivery times for mainland France. For any order from abroad, the delivery time may vary depending on different parameters (means of payment, country of delivery, customs fees, etc.). Note that orders subject to installment payment will only be delivered with full payment received by the company Paris Heure sarl.

The Customer may request the cancellation of his order if the delivery thereof has not taken place, at the latest, fifteen (15) working days after the delivery date indicated by PARIS HEURE SARL, unless this delay of delivery is due to a case of force majeure within the meaning of the jurisprudence of the French courts, to an error in the delivery address indicated by the Customer, to the non-receipt of payment from the Customer or to a lack of execution / delivery by the carrier in charge of delivery.

If the cancellation request is accepted, within ten (10) working days of the Customer's cancellation request, PARIS HEURE SARL will request a refund from the Customer with its bank. Any possible overrun of the delivery date due to a delay in delivery will not give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of the order by the buyer. The Customer must indicate on the delivery slip, before any signature, any package or product that is missing, damaged or not in conformity.

PARIS HEURE SARL uses the services of delivery companies specializing in valuable goods. As a result, the delivery rates indicated for each order include shipping costs but also value insurance (reimbursement of the product in the event of loss or theft) EXCLUDING any customs charges. Delivery costs are the responsibility of PARIS HEURE SARL. For all internet orders, delivery costs are included in the price including tax to be paid. In the event of an order by another means (telephone, showroom, etc.), delivery costs are also offered.

ARTICLE 6 - SECURE PAYMENT

The www.parisheure.com site does not use a secure payment platform, payments are made directly by bank transfer.

Payment for your purchases is made in full:

Payment by bank transfer only must reach PARIS HEURE within 7 working days of the Customer's order date. Otherwise, the availability indicated at the time of the order will no longer be guaranteed. PARIS HEURE SARL will notify the Customer of the new delivery deadline if necessary or may proceed with the automatic cancellation of the order.

Advances, deposits or down payments paid by the Customer are not refundable. In addition, after a period of 1 month without payment of the entire order, the product will be put back on sale and the order will be automatically canceled. PARIS HEURE SARL will keep the amount received as damages for the damage suffered.

Unless the prior and express agreement of PARIS HEURE SARL for an extension of the due date appearing on the invoice, any late payment cumulatively entails: the immediate and automatic payment of all sums due by the Customer, regardless of the method of payment expected, the application of late payment penalties set at one and a half times the legal interest rate in force on the due date, any month started being due in full, invoicing, as a penalty clause, of a lump sum of 15 euros per file. In addition, PARIS HEURE SARL reserves the right to suspend or terminate all pending orders from the Customer, after sending a formal notice that has remained unsuccessful. The amount of late payment interest may be automatically charged against any discounts, rebates or discounts specially granted by PARIS HEURE SARL.

ARTICLE 7 - REFUND FOLLOWING A WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

In accordance with the law, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to request a refund under the conditions referred to in articles 8 and 9. However, the cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the Customer. , who must ensure that the product is delivered to PARIS HEURE SARL in a secure shipment through a carrier specializing in valuables. L’ensemble des textes, commentaires, ouvrages, illustrations et images reproduits sur le site www.parisheure.com sont réservés au titre du droit d’auteur ainsi qu’au titre de la propriété intellectuelle et pour le monde entier. A ce titre et conformément aux dispositions du Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle, seule l’utilisation pour un usage privé sous réserve de dispositions différentes voire plus restrictives du code de la propriété intellectuelle. ARTICLE 13 - GUARANTEE

All second-hand watches purchased from PARIS HEURE SARL are guaranteed for 6 months from the date shown on the invoice. Ce contrôle approfondi couvre l’état général du produit, son origine, la conformité des composants, l’authenticité de la pièce ainsi que sa traçabilité tant que faire se peut.  Cette vérification découle sur la délivrance d’un certificat d’authenticité PARIS HEURE SARL lorsque le produit ne dispose pas de son certificat original manufacture. Cette certification induit une garantie pendant 6 mois pour l’acheteur, ce délai lui permettant d’effectuer une contre-expertise s’il l’estime nécessaire. Toute réclamation concernant la conformité, l’origine et l’authenticité de la pièce doit être faite pendant cette période par l’acheteur. L’acheteur reconnaît que passée cette période de garantie, la responsabilité de PARIS HEURE SARL ne peut être engagé d’aucune sorte.

ARTICLE 14 - APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
